DISCLAIMER AND OFFICIAL RULES FOR CAPE COD VACUUM MIELE RAFFLE

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor – This raffle (hereinafter, the “Raffle”) is sponsored by [Cape Cod Vacuum], located at 1079 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis MA 02601, Massachusetts (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility – The Raffle is open only to commercial cleaning businesses operating within the United States. A “commercial cleaning business” is defined as a legally registered entity that provides cleaning services to commercial, industrial, or institutional clients. The following are not eligible to participate: Individuals not representing a qualifying commercial cleaning business; Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or promotion agencies; Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of such employees, officers, and directors, and individuals living in the same household, whether related or not. Each eligible commercial cleaning business is limited to one (1) entry, regardless of the entry method. Multiple entries from the same business will result in disqualification.
3. Entry Period Entries will be accepted from [06/01/2025] until [06/30/2025] (the “Entry Period”). All entries, whether submitted in person or online, must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. Methods of Entry Eligible commercial cleaning businesses may enter the Raffle using one of the following methods: In-Person Entry: Submit a business card into the designated fishbowl at [Location, e.g., “the Sponsor’s storefront at [Your Business Address]”] during the Entry Period. The business card must include the business name, contact person, telephone number, and email address. Online Entry: Complete and submit the official Raffle entry form at [Your Website URL]. The form requires the business name, contact person, telephone number, and email address. Only one (1) entry per business is permitted. Attempts to submit multiple entries, through either method, will result in disqualification.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive [One C1 Compact Homecare Pure Suction] (the “Prize”), with an approximate retail value of [$839]. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion if the Prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about [07/04/2025] at the Sponsor’s principal place of business. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner via telephone or email, using the contact details provided, within [five (5)”] days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within [“seven (7)”] days of initial contact, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Privacy By entering, participants agree to the Sponsor’s collection and use of provided information (business name, contact person, telephone number, email address) solely to administer the Raffle, verify eligibility, and award the Prize. This information will not be shared with third parties, except as needed for Raffle administration or as required by law. Data handling complies with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. Release of Liability Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Raffle, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
10. General Conditions The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control affect its integrity, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical errors impacting participation. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry not complying with these rules or submitted by an ineligible participant.
11. Governing Law The Raffle is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Massachusetts state or federal courts.
